All items will be delivered to the address that you provide for delivery when you make your order on our checkout page. If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we are not liable for any items, which have not been received.
In the case of an incorrect address, please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will try to rectify this issue before posting, although we can accept no liability if this cannot be corrected before posting.
You may also specify a delivery address, which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the Products directly to the recipient.
If you choose Standard Delivery (which comes free when spending over £35) then we aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders within 5 working days. However, during busy periods we cannot guarantee standard delivery orders to arrive within the 5 working days and we will notify you of this within 48 hours of placing your order.
Our postage services are fulfilled via Royal Mail and are as follows:
- Next Working Day Delivery (Order before 2pm GMT) – £7.95
- Express Delivery (Up to 3 working days) – £5.50
- Standard Delivery (Up to 5 working days) – £3.95
Some deliveries to postal addresses in Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scotland may incur an additional fee, so we may have to contact you to advise you of extra postal charges.
If you require your order by a specific date, we would advise that you select either our Next Day (if ordered before 2pm) or Express Delivery options.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. If you do not receive products within 7 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email at email@example.com of the problem within 10 days of the date on which you ordered the products.
In the event that we reproduce an item for you and subsequently the original is returned to Heavensent Baby Gifts as undelivered, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee up to 100% of the sales price of the reproduced product.
We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before replacing an undelivered item.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund.
Refunds & Returns
The Team at Heavensent Baby Gifts is committed to providing 100% customer satisfaction. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please contact us by phone or email and we will do everything in our power to rectify a problem.
If it is an error/fault at our end, you can return them to us at any time within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund or exchange as soon as possible after you cancel your order.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back to using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post.
Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:
- Any products that we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you
- Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession and have not been returned with the original packaging.
- If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production.
If you return an item because it is defective or an error on our end, we will happily refund the full value of the item and your costs in returning it to us.
The item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which you received it within 30 days of delivery. By the unique nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of heart.
This does not affect your Statutory Rights under English Law.
